Which rotas can I use?
FlexiPlan supports repeating cycles up to 84 days, with up to three shift types and Friday/Saturday times. One-off changes and other weekday variants cannot transfer yet; your original rota remains available in review and calendar.
No partner or employer sharing happens from this screen.

Only mark partner or outside cover after agreeing it. Unconfirmed care keeps you unavailable. Sheet preferences are private to this tab and cleared on account refresh or sign-out.
Work sheets contain offered hours and workload preferences only, not partner shifts or childcare reasons. Windows are alternatives, not confirmed bookings or a working-time compliance check.
Household access
Unlinking removes shared household settings and invitations for both adults. Personal rotas remain.

Meet with friends
Links expire after seven days. Anyone with the private link and active membership can join until the group is full. No emails are sent; a link does not grant beta account access.
Choose a name or nickname for this group. Friends see this instead of your email. It is not a unique handle or a sign-in name. Invite friends with the private joining link; no email address is needed.
Find a time together
Leaving stops your sharing. If you organise the group, leaving deletes the group for everyone. Personal rotas remain. Suggestions are not confirmed bookings; unrecorded commitments and travel are not included.

Create one email-bound private beta invitation at a time. Invitation valid for 90 days. Once activated, the tester's Pro Beta access lasts 12 months. Send the code privately after the deployed candidate and email delivery are verified.
